About the Mental Health Hub program
selectability’s Mental Health Hubs offer programs with a focus on psychoeducation, community connection and resilience-building while promoting social inclusion and healthy relationships. We deliver mental health programs that help individuals to understand their symptoms, emotions, and behaviours more effectively, allowing for a greater quality of life.
Our mental wellbeing support draws on the knowledge of those with lived experience and includes activities to suit a range of needs and interests, including health, fitness, life skills, arts, crafts and more!
Who is eligible for the Mental Health Hub program?
Our Mental Health Hub programs have an open-door policy, providing safe and welcoming spaces for self-help, advocacy, and socialisation.
We are open to adults seeking support for their mental health and accept referrals from all sources, including self-referrals.
If you’ve been struggling with feelings of isolation, anxiety, depression, or stress, we’re always here to help navigate through this challenging time and support you to improve your mental wellbeing.
You’re not alone, help is just around the corner.
You don't need an initial appointment or referral and our friendly team will guide you through the intake process to determine the best option for you (this includes NDIS membership or funded programs).
