selectability is committed to being a Child Safe Organisation where the safety, wellbeing and voice of children and young people are central to everything we do. We recognise that children, young people and families are experts in their own experiences and their feedback is essential in helping us improve our services.
selectability actively seeks, welcomes and values feedback and contributions from children, young people and families; particularly around our policies, procedures and everyday practices.
selectability will listen respectfully, take concerns seriously and respond in a timely manner. Children, young people and families will be supported to share feedback in ways that feel safe and accessible.
