Looking for a fun, free and friendly way to start the day? Join us for our BikeShed & Lunch session!
This is a free community activity for ages 18+, created to bring people together for fresh air, connection and a relaxed start to the morning.
Got questions? Here are the answers:
- What does it cost? It is free.
- Do I need a bike? No. We provide bikes.
- How far do we ride? The group decides on the day.
- What if I do not feel like riding? That's totally fine! Our sessions are not limited to only bike rides. Come along to enjoy some breakfast, get involved in other activities, have great conversations, or learn how to repair/maintain a bike.
- What if I need transport? We can pick you up around 8:00am and drop you home after.
- How do I sign up? Visit us at 18 Herbert Street and chat with the team, call us on 07 4454 0100 or email bowen@selectability.com.au .
- Where is it held? We visit differents parts of Bowen and surrounding areas each week. Call the team on 07 4454 0100 the day before to find out our next location.

Come along to the Mental Health Hub on Appleton Street to start your day right with a warm meal, friendly faces and connect with others in the community.
Interested in staying for an activity? Get involved in our park wellness circle held after every breakfast which includes fun yoga, mindfulness activities and more.
