Meet the Team - Madison - Rose Tantalo

11 December 2023

Meet Madison-Rose! She has been working with selectability for the last 8 months and is currently working as a life coach in the Ingham clubhouse.

selectability has continued to enhance the clubhouse program in Ingham to support the needs of a wider rang of cohorts and at-risk groups.

As a life coach, Madi assists members to set meaningful goals that enable them to create a life on their terms; assisting to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

“I really love being able to spend time with different people, a big part of it is being able to watch consumers reach their goals,” Madison Rose said.

Having lived in the Ingham region for the last 13 years, Madison-Rose is well versed on the needs of locals in the place she calls home.

“I am very passionate about my work and mental health in general, and seeing growth in my consumers really makes it all worth it too.”

The clubhouse program is tailored to the diverse needs of members and has proven results in delivering practical outcomes.

This is evident in the various activities runat the clubhouse, whether it be cooking/breakfast club, or indulging in creative ability through craft classes.

Playing an essential role in this peer-supported environment is Madi, whose passion and drive for both her work and her consumers, knows no bounds.

She maintains a healthy work/life balance, spending her spare time at home with her partner, her 2 cats and bearded dragon.

“I used to be a group fitness trainer at the local gym, so I like to spend my time at the gym keeping fit or at the beach.”
