Over the past 12 months selectability’s employee numbers saw a 28 per cent growth, but CCEO Burden said there was still unmet need.

"selectability’s workforce  has grown from 431 to 553 since July 1 2021 but we are still experiencing a staff shortage," said Debra

"We estimate that we are approximately 150 employee short across our organisation which extends north to Cairns, west to Mount Isa, east to Palm Island and south to Rockhampton," said Debra.
