Meet the Team: Isabella Miller

Meet the Team: Isabella Miller

28 April 2025

For Rockhampton local Isabella Miller, joining selectability has meant more than just a job—it’s been an opportunity to learn, grow, and be part of something bigger.

Now working as a scheduling support officer (SSO), Isabella supports the team by coordinating rosters, overseeing scheduling for different programs, providing system support to lifestyle support workers, and helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

It’s a big role with lots of moving parts, but for Isabella, the highlight is simple: the people.

“The support and the team really make the job,” she said.

At just 22 years old, Isabella has already built an impressive track record. She began with selectability as a youth worker and lifestyle support worker, before transitioning into her current administrative role—proof that passion and persistence are valued and rewarded.

“I loved the position and saw it as something I could grow in,” she said. “There’s so much opportunity within the company, and I’ve felt supported from day one.”

Isabella’s advice for anyone thinking about stepping into the sector is clear and enthusiastic.

“Go for it,” she said. “It’s amazing.”

Born and raised in Rockhampton, Isabella is proud to be building her career in her hometown—contributing to a service that supports her local community every day.

And when she’s not juggling emails, rosters, or booking meeting rooms, Isabella enjoys spending time curled up with a good book—finding quiet moments of peace in an otherwise busy schedule.
