Child safety update
The Child Safety team welcomes Isabelle Owens to the role of Operations Advisor. The following email account childsafety@selectability.com.au has been set up to ensure that we have a central point to manage all child safety related matters. We will be working with each GM to ensure we have the latest department contact details. This email address will also be used for all new enquiries or requests for service.
Finally, this is the central point for our frontline staff and management who have questions regarding policies, procedures and processes or any other general enquiry relating to child safety.
Note the email address in not:
- a replacement for reporting incidents through TRACCS; or for Z: drive which is where our published policies and procedures are located.
- a contact for rostering matters.
Please be patient with the Child Safety team as they undertake a strategic review of this service.
