She has been working at selectability for the last 3 and a half years as a Team Leader for Supported Independent Living in Mackay.
Coleen says her dedicated team and recipients keep her coming into work each day. “It is a job that I find very rewarding, I couldn’t see myself doing anything else than what I do.”
