Update: Recent media coverage
You may have seen media coverage about rising fuel costs affecting regional service providers. We want to be clear: selectability has not made any decisions to close services in any locations across our footprint.
Like many organisations operating across regional, rural and remote communities we’re facing increased costs (including transport). As a responsible provider, we regularly review how we operate to make sure our services remain safe, sustainable and high quality.
That is normal good practice and does not mean we’re withdrawing services.
Our commitment to caring for the people and communities across regional, rural and remote Queensland is unwavering. We continue to advocate for funding and pricing that reflect the real cost of delivering services in regional areas.
