Community Service Facilitator
Finding the health services when you need them can be hard, especially in regional areas. That’s why we’re working with the Wester Queensland Primary Health Network on the
Community Facilitator project in central west Queensland.
This new service exists to help you connect with a range of services, including: physical and mental health, children, youth and older people, housing, justice, education, Aboriginal and
Torres Strait Islander to name a few. Using the MyCommunity website, we hope to make it easier to navigate these types of services in your local and regional area.
The Community Service Facilitator is physically based in Longreach, but is only a phone call away for people across the region.
