BikeShed Townsville
selectability's BikeShed aims to provide a safe and welcoming environment for people to socialise, learn new skills, make new friends and improve their mental wellbeing.
Interested in finding out what the Townsville BikeShed is about?
Drop in to 69 Charles Street, Aitkenvale to borrow a bike and go for a ride, do some bike repairs in the workshop or sit down for a coffee and a chat.
It’s a free service and everyone is welcome.
Our BikeSheds are proudly supported by Queensland Health.

The BikeSheds include:
- free bicycle loan scheme - On Your Bike for Mental Health
- bicycle repair workshop
- break out areas for socialising
- organised group rides
- easy access to other supports
