selectability is about to undertake two accreditation audits

22 May 2019

selectability is accredited under the Human Services Quality Standards (HSQS).  All service providers accredited under the HSQS are required to undertake regular audits to ensure they are complying with the standards.

In addition, as part of our quality program, selectability is applying  to become accredited under the National Standards for Mental Health Services (NS4MHS).

You can view the requirements of both standards here:
HSQS
NS4MHS

Independent accreditation company Global-Mark will be undertaking the  certification audits for both  the HSQS and the NS4MHS  from 10 June to 13 June, 2019

These audits will include a review of how selectability delivers services.

At selectability , our consumers and their goals are everything and we invite consumers to participate in the accreditation audits.

This invitation includes the opportunity to attend the following meetings.

  • The opening meeting is being held at 9:00 am on Monday 10 June at selectability’s Head Office at 66 - 68 Charles Street, Aitkenvale
  • The closing meeting will commence at 3:00 pm on Thursday 13 June at selectability’s Mental Wellbeing Practice in The Dome 134 Victoria Street, Mackay
