Get yourself disaster ready!
About PCEP

PCEP is a process tool and framework that community health and disability providers use to help people properly prepare and plan for emergencies, according to their individual needs.

About the PCEP workshop

The Queensland Health Disaster Recovery team will take participants through a comprehensive workbook and will cover emergency preparedness, planning and response.

The facilitators will take the group through the following steps in the process:

1. Identifying strengths and support needs in everyday life.
2. Knowing levels of emergency preparedness and learning about disaster risks.
3. Planning for managing support needs in an emergency.
4. Communicating the plan with support networks.
