We are recruiting for a HR Graduate to work with our Human Resources team. The HR Graduate is responsible for providing efficient and professional administration services to the Human Resources team. We offer:

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

  • a relevant tertiary Qualification in Human Resources
  • experience in general business administration would be highly regarded
  • high level skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • well organised and able to meet deadlines
  • the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • an enthusiastic and approachable personality
  •  an excellent communicator
  • demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, courtesy and discretion
  • flexibility to adapt to changing workplace demands
  • ability to comply with company policy

You must be able to provide the following mandatory requirements:

  • a Positive Notice Working with Children (Blue Card) (or ability to obtain)
  • a current National Police Check prior to commencement
