I'm back to coordinate the Well Man App and Well Man Website for selectability a wonderful mental health and suicide prevention NGO based in Queensland. Well Man App Incorporated gifted the Well Man App and Well Man Website to selectability in August 2021. Check out their website https://www.selectability.com.au/
Over the coming weeks I will upgrading the app/website with the latest information about preventative physical, mental and social wellbeing strategies, practical tips and life skills. New for 2021 will be the 4 Seasons of Manhood. Simply click on the button that is appropriate to your age, this will lead you to an action plan to take control over your health and wellbeing.
