selectability is looking for a Customer Service Officer to assist the team by providing support with day-to-day administrative tasks, answering phones, maintaining accurate records, and providing rostering support to our consumers. 

About the role

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for, but not limited to: 

•  Being the first point of contact for consumers and staff at selectability
• Assisting with the creation and accurate processing of consumer rosters
• Monitoring hours worked by Lifestyle Support Workers
• Inputting staff travel timesheets for processing
• Receiving and responding to a high volume of phone calls
• Providing excellence in customer service to consumers 
• Managing daily administrative tasks, including completing intakes and inputting into database, updating staff records
• Providing support to Lifestyle Support Workers 
• On-call after hours telephone support including weekdays and weekends - as required
• Coordinating and conducting consumer surveys

The position is casual working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
