About the program
The next four-week program starts on Tuesday 19 January 2021 from 10.00am - 11.30am at selectability House (59a Cambridge St, Vincent).
Social and emotional health is a vital part of overall good health and wellbeing.
Learning the skills to be more aware of your social and emotional health can help you to better manage stress and deal with life's challenges. It can also help you to have more meaningful relationships that bring you joy.
Our counsellor-led program is made up of four sessions of 60 minutes group counselling followed by 20 minutes debriefing with refreshments and socialising.
Who will find this program useful?
Our program is for anyone wanting to improve their coping skills and enjoy more meaningful connections with others. It is helpful for those who have recently undergone additional stress or are in a difficult time and want learn new coping skills and strategies. Those experiencing strained relationships or feelings of loneliness and isolation may also find this program beneficial.
The program will provide you with:
- awareness of your social and emotional health
- resources to help you manage stress and health relationships
- new skills to actively cope with challenges
- supports to help you achieve a happy, healthy life
