Rhythm2Recovery

selectability Townsville's Mental Health Hub is bringing Rhythm2Recovery (R2R) drumming to Charters Towers!

The drumming circle aims to provide a safe and welcoming environment for people to socialise, learn new skills and improve their mental wellbeing.

What is R2R?

R2R is a group-based drumming program that taps into people's emotions and – when combined with reflective discussion – is used as an effective alternative form of therapy.

The fun and engaging sessions center on rhythmic musical activities to support both social and emotional development.
