Free Counselling Townsville
selectability works to help those in Townsville improve their mental wellbeing and gain better control over their lives through free counselling.
Within our Townsville Mental Health Hub, selectability offers individualised, free counselling to Townsville locals living with mental health conditions to better cope with the demands of everyday life. Our counselling sessions help people become more comfortable with social interaction, enhance overall life skills, foster independence, improve mental and physical health and increase capacity to develop strong personal relationships.
The Townsville Mental Health Hub has an open-door policy, offering safe, welcome spaces for self-help, advocacy, and socialisation. As everyone’s journey is different, our programs are tailored to each individual’s needs and can be used for as long as necessary.
