We are pleased to partner with Mind Australia to deliver a series of free workshops and at improving your wellbeing and providing you with tools, strategies and resources to manage stress, anxiety and better cope with daily life.
All workshops will be held at the Mental Hub (11 Wood Street Mackay) and registration is essential (the form is at the bottom of the page).
Women & self-worth

This workshop is based on the premise that we don’t have to do anything special or become anyone different to experience self-worth. Self-worth is just about feeling the innate natural beauty that every woman has just the way she is, but sadly not every woman experiences. We will look at what gets in the way; what stops women from feeling their innermost beauty; wisdom and worth. Download the flyer
