Direction 3: Organisational performance
  1. Secure and strengthen the organisation’s financial standing and operational performance to position selectability’s brand and reputation as one of the most respected and financially sound service providers
  2. Maintain an exceptional workforce and be a truly great place to work 
Organisational priorities:
  1. Impact measures … develop systems to monitor and provide evidence of consumer outcome against funding mandates and consumers NDIS plans
  2. Systems and procedures … systems and procedures are regularly evaluated and, where required, upgraded to provide for improved operational efficiency, improved consumer service/support, access to data for research and system integrity
  3. Prudential … risk management, compliance and contract conformance systems are further upgraded to best practice levels
  4. Governance … policies and procedures are reviewed to further enhance organisational performance, security and reputation
  5. Workforce ... underpinned by selectability values and balanced by financial sustainability requirements, workforce conditions are regularly reviewed to ensure the right people are recruited, retained and trained in the right roles.
